I bet supremely confident fighters do have visions of how they see a big fight going. that fight winning counter/gameplan/etc.

more nervous fighters or guys going a fight they know is probably gonna not go so swell for them, likely have basic nightmares of getting their shit pushed in. one of those dreams where their punches have the impact of a wet noodle

a prime GSP could probably have been scheduled to fight nate diaz and he would still have nightmares about getting taunted and knocked out by him. while the least dangerous man in the world has ambitious dreams of going 450-0 and tragically dying drowning in pussy. shits complex, yo.
