Everything you quoted me saying is a literal fact. It’s not “propaganda” to say that the NAACP issued a travel advisory in response to FL Republican policies. They did. I linked to it. Its first 2 sentences are as follows (bold is mine, for emphasis):

I don’t really understand the confusion here.
The VP presides over the Senate, and casts tie breaking votes when needed—something Kamala has done many times. Every 4 years, the VP—in their legislative capacity as president of the Senate—announced the state certifications of electors.
That’s basically it.

In regards to the border, she can meet with people. She can hear concerns, she can maybe elicit verbal agreements from countries south of the border (whether or not they follow through is another matter), and she can make policy recommendations. I suppose she can help try and negotiate deals, VPs do that sometimes. But the truth is that her power—and the power of any VP—to directly fix immigration and border issues is limited.

You ask who has the power? How about Congress for starters? This is the most do-nothing Congress in the modern era. How about the GOP stop endlessly trying to bounce their Speaker, and stop threatening government shutdowns, and do some damn work? Even when we reached across the aisle and put together an immigration bill with things both sides can agree on, those lazy fucks couldn’t be bothered to vote on it. They wanted instead to waste time impeaching Mayorkas for “doing nothing about the border” while they—the ones with power to pass laws—simultaneously did nothing about the border. Peak Republican behavior.

I think we spend too much time talking about Kamala as border czar, and not nearly enough time talking about that amazing time in our history when Trump put Jared Fucking Kushner in charge of Mideast peace. How are things going in that region of the world, I wonder?

She DID have power. She casted more tie breaking votes than any other VP in a single term. That alone shows her policy power. In addition to that, she held influence in an administration where the executive was less than capable as a single mind.

I heard dozens of times that it was “The Biden Administration” which is why the country was doing so great. I don’t subscribe that the Harris in the Biden-Harris administration had no role in policy.

The only major legislation she casted a tie breaker on was the Inflation Reduction Act, which helped the United States outpace almost every first world country in inflation during the COVID inflation boom.

How does that show her policy power? Once again, you are being very disingenuous here. Either that or you don't know what she actually voted on with those tie breakers.

The truth of the matter is that we don't know how much her influence was felt in the administration. Biden, like every other politician ever, had a team around him that makes policy decisions. Where Harris and her team fits into that equation is relatively unknown.

It's wild that you are claiming to know what kind of power she had behind the scenes in the Biden administration when there absolutely no evidence to anything you are saying.
