As the current President with a chance at one more term, it has been traditionally that President's call if he is going to run again or not. 2020, Trump did not have any challengers so the same could be said GOP did not even get to pick their candidate. Biden got worse and worse with his age showing, then bombed the debate and realized running again was not a good idea. I mean what your are saying, plays great with my Uncle Randy, but most people have moved on from Biden, and if Trump is such a great choice he should be able to beat Kamala, Biden or whomever the left puts in front of him. Sounds like you are getting your excuses ready.
Trump has a chance to win, because of his kitchen table issues of how everyone is unfair to him, how great he is and he is a bigger draw than MLK, should really win him moderate voters.

The most disturbing fact of all of this is that Harris was not chosen by any actual voters to be their candidate, the left pulled a coup and put in their desired puppet and their base just lapped up whatever they were told. And now it's been a month and still this "candidate" has yet to speak on her own other than what is written for her. I think both parties are bad in their own way but the left has really turned into a complete parody and I can't for the life of me understand how anyone is just blindly following this party anymore. I just saw a stat from day one of the DNC, they mentioned Trumps name almost 200 times while mentioned the economy, the border, and other actual issues the country cares about a combined less than that. NPR is one of the least partisan outlets. Regardless of that, the link posted is a transcript of an interview of a former Harris employee that determined he was not a good fit for the workplace culture- there's no real commentary there.

Regarding the workplace culture, it sounds like Harris has a management style where she has super high expectations of her team- she needs them to be excellent so that she can focus on what she needs to do the very best she can with her tasks on hand. Duran is specifically recounting how she needed her team to step up their game and not expect for her to guide them through their tasks.

She may have been able to approach the situation differently, sure, but I believe that anyone who has been in a management role can relate to her. If a manager spends a significant amount of his or her time guiding and coaching employees, that leaves little time for him or her to excel at what is expected of them. I am literally in that situation at my company right now and I may have to make a tough decision to let some people go- even though I like them on a personal level.
