Elections DNC today in Chicago

I hope none of the cops get attacked or injured. It's tough for the media to ignore this, despite their "All is well in the world" reporting since Harris got the nod. Don't expect her or anybody to address the issue at the DNC in any meaningful way. It'll be over and the media will bury it.

I'd love to get some Lou Malnati's pizza and watch the riot from the 5th floor of a nearby building though.

One of the problems for either ideology is that peaceful protests rarely accomplish anything. This is not an endorsement of anything violent or an ideal but it gets harder to ignore the older I get.

Maybe we've reached a point where we're bound to see more rioting

This is a good point. I'm sure many have been encouraged for the lack of accountability BLM supporters faced for the mayhem and murder they caused in 2020. It's sad, because this very area was savagely attacked by BLM during that time and now these business owners are possibly facing the same thing.

My wife, youngest daughter, and I were up there for that weekend in 2021. It was pretty crazy. I believe it was one of the first big weekends that folks were out and about during COVID.

I know plenty of guys who do it because they never want kids. While it's far from the majority it's still a reasonable amount and there is a lot of pro-vasectomy messaging going around these days.

Most vasectomies are done by dads who have their preferred number of kids. Exactly my point. A few exceptions of course exist

My brother in law ended their potential bloodline 20+ years ago getting a vasectomy.

Hence them offering vasectomies to DNC supporters who are overwhelmingly NOT married dads by like 25 points, and writing articles for the same audience.

They aren't offering to give a 2nd vasectomy to people who've already had them, they are advertising free vasectomies to their audience who they would like to have them.

I mean, free any sort of medical procedure at a political event is weird. So just making myself clear there, it's weird that they did this at all.

But how do you know it's not married dads who'd be taking them up on this offer if their insurance didn't cover Vascetamies and they'd been wanting one? That's by far the target group of vacetamies, even if non married dads have gone up some.

Some people just don't want kids. And frankly I'd rather those people not have accident kids they never wanted in the first place.

Yep. After two girls I chose to get one in 2005 so my wife could get off birth control.

They are not true Muslims. People from Iran told me that Afghanistan and Iran is true Islam.
 
Night time seems to be when people act crazy so if anything goes down it most likely happen during the night.

I expect some clashes and some property damage but nothing like 2020 but you never know.
