Seems like a distinction without meaning to me.

However, I see why you would think this the crux of the conversation, as I did say the BCS was what led me to boycott college football.

What I should have said to be more accurate, is that college football's refusal to go to a playoff system, was what led me to boycott.

Different ploy then suppressing the leaks here. They are burying the lead AKA throwing out chumpbait. This is about Russia, and Tacobowls, not the network of corporate donors, or defrauding Bernie of a fair election.

As to your other recent post itt, local campaigning takes place outside where I work. You know, the sign-holding and waving at cars kind. Since I go by them on my walks it's a great opportunity to engage. One guy I really like and have considered standing out there with him and waving some. This is why democracy isn't all it's cracked up to be. I like representative government with caveats in place (eg the Bill of Rights). For it to work though we need a watchdog media. In my lifetime I'd say that my trust there has deteriorated and I think it's the MSM's fault more than mine. I say that because when I studied journalism the rules of integrity taught to me seem abided by less and less.

I don't disagree. Instead I'll go with a quote I think is relevant: Be the change that you want to see.

I have no journalism background but the internet and easy web design gives us all the power to become local journalists and publish our news. It's something I've even thought but abandoned because I don't have the time to learn how to do it right. But if you have the education...maybe it's an easier path for you.
 
"October Surprise" but at this point, not sure how surprising it will be. Clinton corrupt AF, people get it and they'll vote for her anyhow, not sure how that changes. At this point, they expect her to be corrupt, so what if she has blood on her hands, her followers already expect that at this point. Her name is clinton, her lies will be forgiven, who else do they run to?
 
It will be interesting to see if the "omg Trump is literally Hitler" morons have indoctrinated people enough to prevent him from winning. Because this election should be a slamdunk for him. Hillary is so damaged.
 
Needs to drop another batch of releases now / tomorrow to mitigate any bump due to the convention -- and then keep a steady stream going to continuously undermine any moment she can generate.

Msm won't cover it but social media is still slightly more accommodating to the releases. She already has all time lows in the favoritability and trustworthy ratings -- a constant drip with a full blast attack in October / November can prevent her from winning.

What are the details of these WikiLeaks? How much more information do they have, have they said what kind, are more going to be released soon?
