DNC Leaked Emails Thread v2: #DNCleaks #NothingToSeeHere

I think where we disagree, is in the idea that the public chooses to remain ignorant of this.

That is a carefully crafted facade by both parties and the media that they are of, and for the people. That they represent some kind of democratic process, and view the people as anything other then sheep to be led around by their nose.

This facade is disintegrating in front of many people's eyes, and the results of which is why I have taken to saying the RNC and DNC are singing their death song right now.

Really, the public doesn't have google? They can't look into political parties before they choose to vote down the R or D ticket? Anyone who votes should at some point investigate the underlying candidates and the affiliations that they are voting for.

It's willful ignorance.

The parties are going nowhere for a very basic reason. In 4 years, we do it again and most people are convinced that next time is their time to win. Just like sports. No one quits watching football just because their favorite team tanked for the year. They just buck up and hope next time is better.

I think I disagree with this. Wall Street left America a long time ago.

Not to make excuses for treason by any means, but Wall Street doesn't act in this countries interests anymore then Putin does.
The government collects taxes from Wall Street.

You should know I'm not a fan at all of the reforms that lead to the GFC of 2008, nor how Wall Street skirted the rules and got away with it. So trust me when I say that I'm not a fan, and that what Hillary did was exponentially worse than just selling out to Wall Street.

Like I said before, selling government influence to foreign actors/governments is treasonous.

I don't disagree with anything here, just the idea that Wall Street doesn't engage itself in just about every form of treason imaginable.

They outsource, buy our politicians to act against our interests, attempt to rig the game so they don't have to pay any taxes, and in many cases have states paying them just for keeping their jobs in a state.

Wall Street openly threatens this country time and again, saying if we do anything against their interest, they will take their jobs from us, to a foreign nation.

As far as I can tell, Putin is more my ally, then Wall Street is.

The vast majority of the people appointed aren't personally known to the President. They are relying on the recommendations of the party. Honestly, no one has time to personally vet each and every person. That's going to happen at the lower levels.

By underlying candidates and affiliations do you mean the potential appointees that even the President doesn't have time to vet?

Taxes from Wall Street fund the American government (including military) and everything associated with it.

I love you but the two simply aren't comparable. I'm not a fan of Wall Street but what has been happening is throwing American businesses under the bus for personal gain, and those tax dollars end up going to foreign governments while we get a pittance of the amount we'd get if those businesses were American.

This is dangerous territory. If Hillary can get by with this, it will open up the Secretary of State position to take legal bribes to foreign interests. Again, this is treasonous. It's worse than a typical Wall Street sellout. It will completely undermine the entire American government and system.

Maybe this is where I am different. I actually stopped watching college football for going on 10 years now, because of the corruption, and BCS system.

While I think your position holds merit on the responsibility of the public to be well informed on a individual level, I think it is a BS argument on a group level, if the results are obviously showing that most people don't have time, or have too much apathy to educate themselves.

Not taxes from GE or Boeing though right?

I will concede that publicly taking bribes in a position of national security, and just having the media sweep it under the rug, it a dangerous kind of precedent.

Remember though, you are talking to a guy that 100% believes what Sibel Edmonds testified to, that the FBI had been completely infiltrated by foreign operatives leading up to 9-11, all the way up to FBI director Mueller.

So you should know that fat bastard Dennis Hastert evaded justice for his corruption. Hillary shouldn't do the same - and she was in a greater position of authority than Hastert, had much powerful connections than that :eek::eek::eek:.

I don't want to repeat the rest. Foreign interests bribing = treason

As an outsider in all this I just want to remind you that whether Hillary wins or Trump wins, you guys, the average Americans lose either way.

You are essentially arguing with your friends over if you would rather be punched in the dick, or get a shovel up your ass.

This stuff doesn't affect either campaign in the slightest, and it is a welcome distraction, that way neither one has to actually make your country better.

What's illegal about it? The emails were deleted. If anyone has the emails, they were already obtained a long time ago. i.e. there's nothing to "hack"
If China or Russia have the emails they were obtained thru hacking

Given wikileaks, wouldn't CNN and MSNBC no longer be credible sources since they conspired with the DNC to print false information?
Edit

Misread your post but CNN and MSNBC aren't the only people reporting on this.

Well at least this election will be entertaining because the last 3 have been boring as shit.

Here's what it comes down to:

Nobody who has already decided to vote for Trump gives a shit where the hacked DNC e-mails came from, nor Hillary's personal e-mails. They just want the info within them.

Nobody who has decided to vote for Hillary cares what is in the e-mails.

The undecided however, care a lot more about what's in the e-mails than where they came from, and that's why there has been a shift in the polls. If Hillary's 30,000 e-mails were exposed and nefarious information was in them, these same people would not care where they came from.

Shout "RUSSIA!!!" all you want. It will not make a difference.

I hate Reddit's format.

Right now most of his answers are pretty boring. I did find a few of them interesting but it's taking longer to answer than expected. Somewhere in the neighborhood of ~50,000+ people are viewing the thread at the moment though.
Maybe you could translate for us if anything interesting appears?

I never understood Reddit and 4/chans popularity given their horrible layout I like Sherdogs much better.

Wikileaks releases hacked DNC voicemails

On the third day of the Democratic National Convention, when President Barack Obama and vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine are scheduled to speak, WIkileaks has released hacked voicemails from top Democratic officials.
The new material from the pro-transparency publisher includes 29 phone calls, totaling about 14 minutes. Many of them are complaints directed at the Democratic National Committee.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange warned CNN there would be "a lot more material" to come, following the publishing of hacked Democratic National Committee internal emails this past Friday.

He only answered about a dozen questions. Lots of controversy going on as Reddit seems to have throttled him from responding (they said their servers couldn't handle the bandwidth - which is either a lie or shows how popular Trump is). Reddit manipulated the voting to knock the AMA off the top of r/all.
