No calorieposting today. Had an epic cheatmeal at an oriental buffet with seven plates of food (including dessert). Ate eight kinds of meat in one sitting (pork, beef, ox, chicken, duck, shrimp, salmon and clam) without even trying. It was awesome. It's also lasted me for ten hours, keeping me comfortably un-hungry and carried me through a night shift at work.

Usually I just grab a scoop of whey or a tablespoon of jam to bring some flavour to it, but sometimes I eat it straight. On its own it's reminiscent of a less sweet, and texturewise more coarse, version of yoghurt. You can smooth the texture out by putting a bit of water in and whipping it, but usually it depends on the brand - the more fat there's in it, the better it'll taste - obviously at the expense of calories. The low fat-varieties are awesome for boosting your protein macros.
