Starting point was 107.3kg on August 17th, so that's 11.8kgs down in 65 days - though to be fair about 4-5 kilos of that was straight up water.

Still half a kilo to go, but I'll take it veeery slow from here on. There will be refeeds.

So yeah, here we go:

Total projected calorie deficit: 23185kcal (in reality even less since it doesn't account for last weekend's surplus)
Actual weight loss: 11.8kg (take away 6 kilos of water approximately = 5.8kg fat = 40600kcal)
Rate of weight loss: 1.27kg/week

Granted I've shed a lot of water weight, but holy shit this cut has gone fast. Comparable to the initial phase of last year's. Even accounting for the waterweight, there's still a significant amount of fat loss going on, which means I'm underselling my caloric expenditure by a fair bit as evidenced by the discrepancy between the projected deficit and actual weight loss.
