'05 Ibanez RG7321 w DiMarzio pickups and a vanilla '06 Ibanez BTB555. Thinking of getting an SR1205 - stringspacing and extra inch scalelength on the BTB is a bit of a fight compared to the ridiculously fast SR-necks - dunno whether to sell or expand. :/

I sold my basses to buy my guitar rig but at one point I had three Spectors - a REX 2000/5 in black, a US Bolt on fretless 5 string in forest green and one of the Euro 5LX's in black cherry with black hardware.

You can't stop water flux man. Stick to the program if it is working over the course of a month. Sometimes you have heavy weeks. If you are really plateauing on weight loss, there are other things you can do.

About 500 on lifting days (3/week) going from 3700-3500 to 3200/3000. Nothing drastic in other words. Considering I also bicycle to school/campus gym about 13.5km both ways, weight ought to be coming off faster this time around. Ofc never at the cost of performance.

Number one trick to losing weight aside from all the obvious shit: meal-timing! Put them big meals eons apart and keep yourself busy with something for long enough to pass the day until you realize you have about 1600 calories left in your budget and about three hours til bedtime. Wat.

That's funny, but I do the same thing. I eat light most of the day, and then bash some dinner late at night. I know it isn't optimal, but it is what I enjoy. It gets the job done.
