Gonna try to lower calories on lift days too, the water weight flux is confusing the fuck out of me.
How many calories are you trying to cut back?
About 500 on lifting days (3/week) going from 3700-3500 to 3200/3000. Nothing drastic in other words. Considering I also bicycle to school/campus gym about 13.5km both ways, weight ought to be coming off faster this time around. Ofc never at the cost of performance.
