No chance in fuck I had anywhere near a 30.000+ calorie surplus on my Gothenburg visit to account for the 4.8 kilo weight gain in ten days. 5000 calorie surplus at the very fucking most. Only serves to remind me how ludicrously easy I stack the flab on when I'm liberal with my food intake and scale down on activity.
