No tracking to be had this weekend, but a spontaneous update nonetheless. This whole variable calorie intake with a slight weekly surplus-thing is the SHIT. I'm sitting at what looks like 12% bf at a significantly higher bodyweight now than I did a couple of years ago. Controlling fat gain while on a bulk has traditionally been a weak spot of mine, but it looks as if those days are now gone. Sweet.
