Give it about 2 weeks and then your body will become accustomed to IF.
By the way, it looks like you've met your goals already. Are you doing IF for body recomposition?
2 weeks. Okay then, that seems fine.
I'm very happy meeting my goal of 140 with my regular diet and IF. I'm doing IF just to try something new, but body composition would be a definite benefit. Did you do your IF/Keto diet for body recomp or just to lose weight?
