Wanted to test what intermittent fasting is all about, so im going to have a 16 hr fast window and an 8 hr food window.

Very lethargic through the day, though that just might have been the weather.

Will continue this fasting probably for a week before i return to my normal routine.

Here goes nothing.

IF, Day 2....

Does Communion of a small vial of grape juice and a tiny piece of bread count as a meal? If so, meal 1 at 11:30.

I personally don't count Communion as a meal, so my official meal window started at 12:50

12:50- 325ml water+200ml milk+handful of Kale+5 baby carrots+1 apple+1 orange+ Chia seeds.

13:45- Unhealthy meal of 3 ice cream puffs and 2 small cookies.

17:35- A few bowls of potato soup with carrots and ham made by sister.

19:45- Bought dinner home from Chiptole. Got the Barbacoa Burrito with White Rice, Lettuce, mild sauce, corn and black beans. Split bag of chips and guacamole with family.

Weight at 12:35- 139.0

Hunger wasn't prevalent at all today, which is definitely a plus.

Fluid Intake- At least 50 ounces, probably at 70 or more though.

Next meal is going to be at 12:40 tomorrow.

12:45-Fiber One 90 calorie bar, Zone Protein Fudge Graham, and a small Snickers square.

14:50- EAS Whey Drink.

16:30- 250Ml water+250Ml milk with carrots, kale, chia seeds, 1 apple, and 1 orange.

18:40- White Rice, Broccoli, Tofu, Sausage, cold noodles and onions.

Miscellaneous- Vitamins.

Fluid Intake- Alot. At least 70 ounces. Probably closer to 100 fluid ounces.

Weight at 16:20- 140.5

Switching my eating window from 12-20 to maybe 10:50-18:50. Don't really eat after my dinner anyways. Makes for a better 16:8 leangains style approach anyways.

14:50- Oven Baked Cheetos
16:05- 1 Milano Cookie
18:45- White Rice, Chinese vegetables, sausage, tofu, and meat pie.

Fluid Intake- Over 70 ounces.

Miscellaneous- Vitamins.

Weight at 17:20- 140.0

Hunger came on during the day. Wonder how long does it take to get used to IF.

Give it about 2 weeks and then your body will become accustomed to IF.

By the way, it looks like you've met your goals already. Are you doing IF for body recomposition?
