I dont think he pulled a fast one. He seemed confident this whole camp that he was going to make the weight. Fans were the ones insisting that he wouldnt.

It was 85% humidity in Dallas today, so that was helping him get the sweat going that he was talking about. There is a insane video of him talking about his weight cut and he has a crazy story about a can of coke. He still says he is only fighting 1 or 2 times at WW. He is done with 170.
Ultimately, he still had to watch every bite and every ounce that he consumed.
 
He was saying weight was good and not a problem all week. Not much of an effort to convince Woodley he wouldnt make it.

What do you expect? He's missed weight two times and was gifted a TS right after missing weight. Not much else to talk about.
 
I don’t think him making weight has any relevance beyond Saturday, if he wins maybe once more.

He’s huge for the weight and only gonna be able to almost die a few more times, he needs to go up regardless.

Smash Woodley first is fine by me
 
Yes, that was some classic mind games. That might not be enough though.

The point is he's not trying to deceive anyone into thinking he's having a tougher weight cut than he is.
