Stipes hands were down when he exited the clinch because his brain was registering that his eyeball was nearly gouged out. Cormier eyepoked him many times in the first fight. But if you watch the split second before the ko, Cormier lands a gnarly eyepoke which momentarily stuns Stipe. It doesn't get much dirtier.

All i know is I don't blame him for trying to find out his worth outside the ufc. If more fighters did it then the ufc wouldnt hold so much of the mma mindshare.

They already do that before signing with the UFC, and it turns out the answer is not much.

How many guys are making tons of money who never fought in the UFC? Even the guys outside the UFC who make decent money only make that because they were in the UFC.
