Did luck play a good role in Fedor's legacy?

Well, he sure did get lucky a LOT of times.

Luck for 10 yrs

Literally God.

Bigfoot is a lifetime steroid user. If you think steroids are a drug that wash out of your system the moment you stop injecting then you're dumb.

Prove it. I have done my research on this and I know he wasn’t on trt or any other peds for fedora fight…not like it matters, you accuse others of being on roids but don’t you think fedor was on some roids/peds as well? Most fedor fanboys are naive to that concept.

Only once.

If this headkick was a few cms lower, it would have probably been it.

His extremely reckless style should've gotten him knocked out or submitted long before it did. His fans want to blame his losses solely on allegedly being out of his prime, which I won't argue wasn't also a possible contributing factor, but he did a lot of things he shouldn't have, and it was bound to catch up.

So yes.

Here are some very close calls where Fedor got very lucky that the other fighter wasn't well rounded enough in MMA that saved him
1. If Fujita was well rounded, he would've killed Fedor and finished right away!

2. If Randelman had any ground skills the results may had been different

3.Coleman had Fedor's back but no sub skills
But
Here is what happens when well rounded fighters fought Fedor

As soon as Fedor lost, he was out of his prime or just got lucky fighting guys who are either grapplers or strikers mostly? Be the judge honestly!
Obviously he just got old HMC and zuluzinho are way better than the guys he lost to right?

Him being 1-4 in regulated mma is totally a coincidence.

You have to be good to get “lucky “ so many times.

No luck there, Fedor was just that good

Can literally do this with any all time great fighter. GSP, Andy, MM, Jones they've all been in bad positions. Shit, besides Jones they've all lost fights in their prime. Part of being great is overcoming adversity.

You don't think a 20 something year old Fedor in 2018, training in the states, dieting and cutting could make 185? We saw the likes of Wandy fighting in his 220's in the open weight Grand Prix.
I do not think so. We aren't talking an obese couch potato dropping 45 lbs. We're talking a big strong guy in his athletic prime. That don't just happen.

This, sir, is a heavyweight.

Timing certainly had a part in it. HW was comically shallow at the time and even now is agurably the most shallow weight class.

Fact is big athletic athletes have better sport career choices then MMA.

When you'e 5th best win is Herring or Coleman no way are you the GOAT get real Fedor huggers.
