Did Joe Rogan Just Make Up the Rules?

Hate to say I have to agree with you. His commentary is a detriment to the sport at this point. It’s bizarre but he doesn’t know the rules and can’t even tell what’s going on. Tonight is the worst I’ve ever seen from him.

Joe's Alpha brain's been fried years ago. bring back the real OG

I’d like Stephen Quadros, Mauro Renallo or Robin Black to replace Joe.

Can't agree with you there, Sherbro.

Heel was all the way in.

Nice pic. Photo of heel on the way down. You can see that the foot is still not even. There's an angle of toes still primary. Why don't you show photo of toes embedded in body at initial point of impact? For you guys that like to quote rules, show the actual manual ( rule Book), don't just make shit up. Flowers was thinking of not fighting back and winning by DQ but the audience booing made him change his mind and continue, after getting over liver shot.

Well the point is the initial impact doesn't matter, if it impacted the groin, it is a foul.

I linked you to the rules, Sherbro.

Those are the rules linked from the UFC website:

https://www.ufc.com/unified-rules-mixed-martial-arts

-Fouls is right under -Judging Criteria

Here's where the link goes. What's your issue, exactly?

If you are actually hurt to the body you don't even have the ability to fake a nut shot. The heel clearly landed to the cup.
Not all people react the same to body shots just like not all people react the same to head shots or even groin shots, so how would you know?

Microsoft Word - 2017 Fouls Unified Rules MMA.docx (abcboxing.com) Rule 11: groin foul : striking, grabbing, pinching, or twisting. None of those apply to this particular situation. Brushing on way down does not qualify, so you can keep on interpreting striking , as you feel. Almost everyone there did not see it as a foul and that's why they were booing after the replay. So what's your problem?

Any attack to the groin area

Any reason you omitted the most crucial aspect of that sentence?

I'm not here to argue for the sake of it about a rule that literally says 'Any attack to the groin area'.

Posting half a rule is a really bad look. I won't be debating with you on this further, as you're not serious.
