Nice lifting - glad to see the consistency back. Did you solve your motivation issue? Have you considered signing up for a comp or something to give you a reason to train?
 
Dont feel like competing. Motivation is meh but o well.

2/7/11 ~90min

-500mg tylenol/500mg aspirin/330mg caffeine

Squats:
bw(220)-10 reps
135-10 reps
225-10 reps
+closed belt:
340-15+0 reps...may have done 16 as I am pretty sure i doubled counted but its all good ...last few were with a 2-3 sec rest pause in between, may have had couple more if I had to go all out....was dead afterwards///
-long break while spotting my friend

no belt:
365-1 rep
open belt:
405-1 rep....deep and paused...
-10 mini calf raises before racking weight

Incline Bench:
135-10 reps
225-10 reps
-was planning to do work sets but 225 was tough so decided I will wait till thu to do bench

Stting Calf Raises:
2-45s+35: 3x10 reps

Good training Devil, are you not playing basketball because of the back injuries?
 
Yes I quit basketball because of the knee and slew of other injuries. I managed to get in a short 1 3o3 game not too long ago but I was definitely horrible and out of shape plus I was sweating any possible injuries which is not a good mindset to have while playing. I am thankful I can still lift for the most part.
 
XT yes. I am pretty sure I ruptured my lcl in right knee.

315-5+0 reps...struggled a bit on the 5th

High Incline/Shoulder DB Press:
65s-10 reps
70s-10 reps
75s-10 reps
80s-10 reps

Feeling a bit better after being sick with flu for a week and half. I am down around 10 lb. Appetite has been nonexistent. I have also not been taking creatine during this time but I doubt a week and half would have much impact on my creatine levels.
 
creatine will make your chest muscles get their swole on

-went to all u can eat sushi buffet hour before gym
-100mg caffeine

135-10 reps
225-5 reps
315-3 reps....quite hard
+open belt:
365-1 rep
closed belt:
385-1 rep....tough
405-1 rep...brutal.....sigh

Abs:
decline sit ups: bwx3x20
crunches on bosu half ball: 3x20

2 games of 3o3 bball....sucked as expected....conditioning gave out quite fast...
 
2/28/11 1hr workout

bw: 210 lb

Bench:
135-10 reps
+open belt+lift off:
225-10 reps....heavy as shit....didnt have much more it felt like
275-3 reps
+closed belt+lift off:
315-5+0 reps...barely got 5th and it was heavy as shit...

Sitting DB Press:
80s-10 reps
90s-8+0 reps

-waited for a while and then played 1 3o3 game...my conditioning was horrid although I scored half my teams points and got a couple hustle plays

-took 200mg caffeine tablet and drank a dark brewed cup of tea
-woke up feeling kinda crappy but caffeine helped offset that

Deadlifts:

+open belt+mixed grip:
405-3 reps
shoes off:
495-1 rep...speck of chalk on my hands
+closed belt+straps:
585-1 rep..easy
635-2+0 reps...2nd rep was tough but got both reps clean

Decline Sit Ups/Crunches: bw(210)-3x20 reps

-played 1 game 3o3 ...conditioning was a bit better
 
3/7/11 <60 min

-ran out of my 200mg caffeine tablets, and I cant stand the taste of the powder that I have lying around
-bw: 210
-had pulsating feeling in my forearms, sore wrists, and weak grip which let me know I wasnt recovered from DLs...almost didnt go...initially was going to do some abs but given that I hate doing abs, I skipped it.

Sohp:
45-10 reps
95-5 reps
135-5 reps
155-5 reps
185-3+0 reps....might have had a couple more..
+closed belt:
225-2+0 reps....used a ton of layback, esp on 2nd rep....damn near bench pressed it lol...

Push Press:
225-2+1 reps...lost 3rd rep forward and had to regain control to lock it out..

-felt extremely weak on OHP....I guess I should do it more often if I want it not to suck

Bench:
135-10 reps
225-5 reps...left wrist started hurting so i quit here

3/11/11 3+ hours of bball
-bw:215 lb, i was 224 lb in gym with shoes/clothes on

-had about half a teaspoon of chocamine about 2.5 hours before gym
-was coming in to do a squat workout but my forarms were pulsating and grip felt like that of a 10 yr old which is like my telltale sign my cns is still fucked up

-played 10 3o3 basketbal games with only 1 game break between 3rd and 4th games...I played fairly well today, had 2 games of 8+ points in games to 12 and was mostly doing it against people my own size with various hook/scoop shot underneath(sorta the much uglier version of what antawn jamison does)....was fortunate to play games with people who could shoot well, even one 50+ yr 5'5 140 lb asian guy who was a pretty good shot and played very unselfishly....
-sprained my right thumb(mild/moderate) poking ball away) , got a blister on on my left big toe and a few scratches to boot but overall i didnt sprain any major joints so i call this great success...
-did a token ab workout of 3 sets of 20 reps decline crunches/sit ups
