-500mg tylenol/aspirin/130 mg caffeine
-ran out of my 200mg caffeine tablets, and I cant stand the taste of the powder that I have lying around
-bw: 210
-had pulsating feeling in my forearms, sore wrists, and weak grip which let me know I wasnt recovered from DLs...almost didnt go...initially was going to do some abs but given that I hate doing abs, I skipped it.
Sohp:
45-10 reps
95-5 reps
135-5 reps
155-5 reps
185-3+0 reps....might have had a couple more..
+closed belt:
225-2+0 reps....used a ton of layback, esp on 2nd rep....damn near bench pressed it lol...
Push Press:
225-2+1 reps...lost 3rd rep forward and had to regain control to lock it out..
-felt extremely weak on OHP....I guess I should do it more often if I want it not to suck
Bench:
135-10 reps
225-5 reps...left wrist started hurting so i quit here
