I was lmao when out of whether the new black chick should try riding skateboard, dunking , or hopscotch she chose like the most retarded/easiest by far activity for her. If you watch a girl down the street perform a feat...which one would raise an eyebrow? yep u got it... it's thefucking hopscotch...hoped she'd at least do skateboard...

the new chick doesnt have enough personality...very generic character..the father is even more so...

I still have the belt I go before but I no longer use it. So my last few workouts have been without any equipment...aside from chalk.

Don't tell klotz but his deadlift PR meets my expectations from him. As long as i can stay healthy, i still win by end of december.

I'm actually losing weight. i'm 215 right now. i feel light weight....lol.

i cant believe it but the thing thats actually keeping me in the running is my bench. lol.

i pretty much have a 275 bench. hopefully i can get 365 squat. dead is the only question i have right now. i havent maxed for about 2 months. im thinking though that the adrenaline at the comp should get me the 474 im looking for. i dont know though. this is what i was thinking...klotz should be scared.

Dead
1st: 182.5= 402
2nd: 197.5= 435
3rd: 215= 474

should i try for heavier for my 2nd lift?
 
what are breaks between deadlift attempts at the comp? i am thinking maybe to slightly increase margin between attempts?
