Funny moment forgot to mention yesterday was getting locked inside a gym with a few others. So usually we get kicked out about 5 min early prior to gym close. With few people there including myself usually bitching about it and really doing our best to stay to the last possible moment. So yesterday someone points out it's already 10:02, then 10:07, then 10:15, nothing...then 10:18.....and it's quite....me, my gym buddy, usf bball player, and another asian kid......so we are all looking around and joking ....so lo and behold I leave around 10:20....the equipment desk is locked so now they got my card and I got the belt....fuck.....we go upstairs...no1 in sight....the tall bball player mentions that alarm will prolly go off....well...after pondering what to do...i give belt to my friend who's back today to work out to return it...and we open the doors....and as expected ....alarm goes off....o well...off we went...pretty fucking funny to be locked inside the gym....pretty absent-minded staff to let that happen...but good laughs....was able to get in extra set of curls and calf raises....::::flexes his guns::::
 
I've been using melatonin in my pre-WO stack for a week or two now. he one thing I have really noticed is no matter when I workout throughout the day, I sleep way better at night if I take the melatonin pre-WO

I've tried 3, 6, and 9 mgs. all seem to do the same thing. Could it be in my head? Probably, but it's something I've noticed.
 
I stopped taking melatonin preworkout but I still take it before sleep some days and I do sleep better when i do. You may be on to something Alan.

-came to the gym at 3:45pm and played bball for 75 min....first shot around and practiced vert for a bit then played some 2o2 and 3o3....took a couple vids of my vert which was about avg what i can do on any given night. After a bit more warm up I was able to get a bit higher but not by much...best jump of the night was running off 2 feet where i touched rim 2.5-2.75 inches over my wrist....in vid i got about inch over my wrist running...i'll post them later for shits and giggles...

Military Press:
45-10 reps
135-5 reps
165-5 reps
200-1 rep...went up sideways...

Push Press:
+belt:
225-1 rep
240-1 rep...thought this was 250...fuck...
250-10x1.....7th went up a bit sideways after i gripped it wrong..8th i grinded out from midway..

Sitting DB OHP:
100s-2+0 reps...

One arm PulldownS: w/wraps past 150
120-3 reps per arm
150-1 reps per arm
180-1 rep per arm
210-1 isometric hold at the bottom after assistance from second hand and negative
220-1 isometric hold at the bottom after assistance from second hand and negative
230-1 isometric hold at the bottom after assistance from second hand and negative

Front Squats:
135-5 reps
225-4+0 reps
245-1 rep
265-1+0 rep
185-6+0 reps

-did some front/rear levers
-did few high rep sets of forced closes on #3....2 sets of 10 and 1 set of 20...
-too fucking tired for core/ab work ...maybe next time....as usual...lol...
-was waiting for buddy to show up cuz he said he needed bench spotter...bastard never showed up...so...

3+0....to me means it means 3 reps and I probably did not have any more in me(perceived rating of exertion)....3+1 means i attempted a 4th but failed....I basically train to the point where I cannot do another rep but I try not to attempt that very last rep where I fail....
 
why'd you disable the comments and rating? i had a remarkably witty and encouraging comment to write. 5 Stars to give too.
 
oyaji unfortunately for every nice guy like you there are 10 asswipes ready to bullshit me on something stupid....telling me they jump 40+ inches or jumping is bad for my knees....or I am too fat....then i always feel the need to respond to them and I end up sinking to their level and making myself look like an utter douchbag...so i think this was much easier.....I just posted it to back up my earlier claims in a thread....so you can see I got decent hops for my size...that I am not jumping 20 inches and claiming near 40....

Nice video - At 5'7" and a bit too heavy, I can get the bottom of the net - I was never good at jumping....

I don't blame you about disabling the comments. I have read some of the idiotic comments posted by people on a couple of your videos (Your squat and deadlift video come to mind). There are way to may idiots in the world.

Anyway - I am going to the store today to pick up some caffeine pills. I combine it with asprine, but is there anything else I should get for a stack?

pseudo-ephedrine: get biggest pack...i add 60mg of this stuff to my caffeine and aspirin.
l-ephedrine in asthma meds is your other alternative...usually 25mg...

went for 4.3 mile jog/walk today....feeling good....easily could have ran it ...good times...took 200mg caffeine+60mg pseudo-e+aspirin....good times....also went and bought myself some running shoes....

Also forgot to mention I got a Valeo lifting belt for 19.99...nice leather with padding on the inside...felt nice when I put it on tight in the store...hopefully my squat jumps 500lb like it did for Lusst when he got his belt....

I just watched that. I don't know you would get normal form anyway, there's so much weight on the belt your legs can't close, which messes with balance.

That comment was just another example of a bodybuilder who doesn't like being confronted with the truth that he's a weak pussy.
