Destinations with most or best touristy nightspots/nightlife

Solid hour and a half... But an excellent drive. Do it, Man. You won't be disappointed!

I will strongly consider it. Basically, I need somewhere to go at night after all the day activities, and I want to go somewhere in which I am sure not to get turned away. I will be a tourist, and will probably dress as good as a tourist can dress. I wont be the sharpest looking guy around.
