Law Derek Chauvin juror participation in DC march could help appeal.

So, what you are saying is that the drugs killed Floyd because the 17 year old didn’t die at twice the time.

The drugs may have contributed but the knee on his neck is what killed him. What a coincidence that he dies while a knee is on his neck, and he keeps saying he can't breathe.

It was a joke. Sorry, forgot the emoji

What does gay marriage or gender fluidity have to do with the constitution? Black people have every right that I do, and I have every right a Caucasian person does. I’m not sure what you mean by we need to rewrite it to fit today’s ideals. The constitution guarantees us our rights, and doesn’t in anyway need to be changed to guarantee us less rights. Do you want to add amendments, if so what amendments would you like added?
He means his ideals

Wrong.

The autopsy did not definitely prove what killed Floyd.

But the autopsy did reveal that Floyd's larynx was NOT bruised, meaning he was not choked to death.

"Also highlighted in the report was that the autopsy failed to find “life-threatening” injuries to Floyd’s neck near his head, spine, chest, brain, skull or related to the larynx."

He had all the time in the world to die but chooses to die when Chauvin's knee was on his neck. What an amazing coincidence !

Yeah, after consuming a 3X fatal dose of fentanyl (which effects breathing) , while having a 90% blockage of an artery, had meth in his system, he already ODed months earlier in 2020, had Covid-19 a month prior, and his heart rate spiked while being arrested.

All of that gets swept under the rug for 'But he dies when Chauvin's knee was on his neck. What an amazing coincidence'

Yes, what luck for him because his name and face has been immortalized as a messiah, being a victim of a racist white police officer (although there's no evidence Chauvin's actions were motivated by race. White Cop + Black Suspect = Racism)... he would have just been another 2020 statistic of the 60K people that died from prescription overdoses.

More like his family are lucky, because they're set for life because of the civil settlement with the city, and that's ironic beacuse they practically disowned him.

Plenty of people have all kinds of health issues, which if pressed could be fatal. And Chauvin is the one who turned Floyd's health issues into a fatality.

Point to one thing in the autopsy that justifies that conclusion.

If not, you can go ahead and admit you just want to believe Chauvin is responsible for Floyd's 'murder' absent all supporting facts.

He was saying he couldn’t breathe well before the knee was on his neck though. He was saying it while laying in the back of the police vehicle.

It's kinda funny that this was brought up as an aggravating factor in sentencing. The judge says that Chauvin ignored prior complaints from Floyd that he had trouble breathing = aggravating factor. Uh, weren't we saying the knee was what caused Floyd to have issues breathing? Can't even get their narrative straight. The judge clearly just want to put this case behind him, let it become another's problem if it succeeds at appeal.

If that is the case then Chauvin should be put to death for murder right?
No doubt. Clear cut case of murder with no reason to believe anything but premeditated murder occurred.

Ignorance is bliss for the short bus leftists...

Fact check: George Floyd's death ruled a homicide, not fentanyl overdose

Medical Examiner Andrew Baker testified that the way officers held Floyd down and compressed his neck while restraining him "was just more than Mr. Floyd could take," given the condition of his heart.

Similarly, an independent autopsy commissioned by Floyd's family ruled "asphyxiation from sustained pressure was the cause" of Floyd's death.

Experts agree Floyd did not die of overdose
While findings from Floyd's autopsy revealed 11 nanograms per milliliter of fentanyl in his blood, medical experts called as prosecution witnesses agreed the amount of fentanyl was not enough to be considered fatal.

Well that’s all pretty true, ya.

Experts found that rioting against “systemic racism” (in a country where the system only allows extra points and protection for the people allegedly discriminated against) was more important than maintaining your business and livelihood in the face of a respiratory flu season that was fairly dangerous to old and sick people.

Whrn the issue is highly political with virtue points to be scored by saying white man bad, well the experts aren’t doing so well these days.. At least not the ones they allow on cnn. The doctors and nurses I talk to irl almost daily sound a lot different than “the experts” cnn pushes.

it's a good thing we have a judicial process to get to the bottom of these things...

Wasn't he saying that while he was still in the car?

That's not the person that did the autopsy.

You know the judge of the case has been EXTREMELY biased in favor of the prosecution, right? Well even he couldn't allow this 'evidence' into the courtroom.

And I always found it humorous how Floyd's family, like himself, was very poor... yet they could afford an independent autopsy.

Anyway, you still haven't presented anything from the official autopsy that indicated Chauvin's knee caused Floyd to choke to death.

Dr. Baker was the one who did official autopsy.
