I am getting back into shape for wrestling and need to work on speed more than anything. I was just wondering if you guys think his linear speed and change of direction workout is what I need or should I be doing more sports specific work to get faster??? Thanks guys
Can you post a link to his workout? I feel that speed comes from good technique. Repeat a technique over and over until it becomes natural to you and you should get faster at it. Some plyometric type activities can also help your speed.
