You're right, except for the last bit. Crocop landed the highkick that changed Wanderlei from great to handicapped and still decent by landing to the body several times.
 
Fedor had horrendous looping punches. He made up for that with toughness.

Jones would light him up on the feet with precision striking.

DC would just take him down or throw him on his head and control him for 25 mins.

Fedor was great......for the time.
He wouldn't stand a chance against the well rounded top 2 LHWs today.

Fedor got pressed against the fence by old Dan Henderson. DC would wrestlefuck Fedor all night.
 
He thought it was a knee coming, since Jones set up the kick by throwing a hard knee off the same side several times.
 
Prime Fedor would maul DC or Jon Jones and regardless of what u noobs and johnny come lately fanboys want to tell yourselves, it would not even be close....or pretty. It would be a horrific beating Fedor would put on those poor boys.

Better than DC's strategy of throwing his whole body off balance, dipping his arms frantically trying to reach for the kick instead of checking, and leaning his head down to the right which got him got headkicked in the first place. It also almost got his head taken off by Rumble in the rematch inch off from a new champion then.


Fedor's kick under the bodykick effects the balance of his opponent gives them something to think about while they throw kicks above the waist and weakens their power leg.

He displayed decent defense but still got beat up quite an it.

Nah. Nogueira is a great win.
