Nom noms:
Meal 1: 3 eggs, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, ezekiel bread, 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries
Meal 2: Chicken breast, lettuce, shredded cheese, apple cider vinegar, bowl of ice cream (pretend you didn't see that last part)
Meal 3: 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes, 1/2 chicken breast, got lazy with prepping meals today
Peri-workout drink: 1/2 scoop vitargo, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Meal 4: Chicken breast on ezekiel bread
