Deadlifts and milkshakes

Solid warmup.

If you check back in my log, this is a solid improvement from what I've been doing haha

When I'm at the Crossfit gym, I use the C2 rower and I've been trying to beat my old times. But I was at my University gym today and it was crowded as hell. I just used the bike to kill time before a squat rack opened. Then I had to guard that shit the entire time. I'm starting to hate it there.

I had a bad morning. Didn't wake up with enough time to make food. Lost my keys. Got pulled over (AND got a ticket). Was late for work.

I was tired and angry all day as a result. ROID RAGE.

I did a lot today because I had to skip yesterdays training and had to make up for it today. I haven't posted about this much here but my job has become quite challenging. I work with a student with severe disabilities and the past two days, the student has become physically aggressive. I won't go too far into specifics but this has wrecked havoc on my energy levels. I am very tired at the end of the day and emotionally drained. Hopefully things will mellow out and I can keep sticking to my regular schedule.

Notes: I'm starting to get sick and training was very tough today. It feels like sandpaper in my throat when I swallow and I am nauseous and very tired.

On the last rep of the AMRAP squat set, I saw black and when I re-racked the weight, I fell on my butt. This would be cooler if it was actually some real weight on the bar.
 
I've had that dizzy feeling too while lifting. Last week I missed a deadlift PR and my vision was going dark before I dropped the bar. Afterwards I was seeing stars for a minute.

Oh yeah, its happened to me from deadlifting the most. I've never had it happen on the squats before though. I think its because I trained while being sick, my body just shut down.
 
I got my competition suit today. Here is the first progress photo. Don't mind the tags showing, I'm not ready to rip them off yet just in case I changed my mind.
