Deadlifts and milkshakes

Yeahhhh, I've been eating terribly lately. Steve stopped caring about his diet and I tend to just eat whatever he eats.

Also, I'll check out the video Kyle, thanks!

Buy Vegan foods. Torture the man.

I didn't stop caring, I just got tired of feeling weak and angry. What's worse, eating peanut butter cup ice cream every night, or hearing me whine about low carbs all day? Hu?!

What have I ever done to you?

I didn't read a single word of this thread save the title, and all I have to say is

FUCK YES

Excellent. Just read the actual thread. Little confused on the title (maybe I just like milk and ice cream and cookies too much) but congrats on the accomplishments!

Keep pushing.

Thanks. Nothing to understand about the title. I just like to deadlift and eat shitty food, usually topped off with a milkshake.

It's pretty awesome!

Got a quick extra workout in. Did some assisted pull ups for a few sets of 10, one-armed rows, and supported leg raises.

I've been training 7 days a week and I feel good but didn't want to push it too hard today to avoid being tired for tomorrow.

Went for a hike today and must have misread the map when I picked the trail. I ended up going on a 6.2 mile hike with the dog. We were both pretty pooped from it. I pumped some caffeine into my blood and headed to the gym! (He, however, slept in the bed for hours).

Notes: I am making significant gains on my bench press. I was absolutely exhausted and still got today's work done easily! Can't wait to test my max.

I have an update on my physique transformation. I was trying to take photos of an imbalance I noticed in my lats. The photo didn't capture it very well, the imbalance is most significant from the front. The right side is way more developed and the left side is almost non-existent. Steve has been helping me do unilateral pulling exercises to help.

I see the imbalance, though the lighting could be better. I know my right lat is much stronger than my left, I've been doing some pull down work with low-weight, high-reps focusing on activating the left side, when the weight gets heavy I can feel the right side do more of the work.

Good luck.

You've definitely come a long way with your physique.

Good work WC!

Thanks moose! Eventually, when I've gathered enough photos, I'll start compiling them together.

Yep, that's what I've been trying to work on.

I have this crazy idea that it's from walking my dog. I walked him with my right hand and he pulls like there's no tomorrow. I'm constantly flexing my right lat pulling him back.

I'll have to do some physique photos soon. Now that I've been back at my parents for a few months, I have a little baby bump

Some footage of my first set of squats today. And that's my new squatting buddy. I'm trying to get her to start a log!
