Belph already took the "you go girl" thing so just imagine me doing that snapping thing girls do so I can feel included.

Thanks everybody! Video will have to wait until tomorrow. I promise it's coming!!! School and work have been completely consuming all of my time.

chicken breast (two pieces) 1/2 cup green beans
some valentines day cookies, chocolate stuff, and reeses :)
tuna fish and crackers
chocolate milk

BW was 131 this morning. Weight is dropping! Gottta eatttttt.

Called in sick to work today. I woke up around 5am sweating but getting the chills at the same time. I was also having the most bizarre, lucid dreams all morning! I think someone slipped me something weird in my sleep lol I feel fine now, but pretty tired from the lack of sleep.

Here's my 210 video. Form is not ideal, and I'll most likely be switching to sumo from here on out if all goes well.

 
I thought your form was good. If there isn't at least a little form breakdown then it wasn't a true max.

You should be pulling 250+ right now. You just need to believe it.

Out of curiosity, Does belief and confidence matter ?

Half the battle with deadlifting is just committing to the lift.

Like Legio said, I really think you can be pulling more. That bar flew up.
 
I think I was filming from a very forgiving angle. My back definitely rounds a lot!

And also, I do think I am good for more but no where near 250. I'd love to pull 225+ at my meet in April.

So, is it a bad idea to switch to sumo then? I took a form check but I had a minor wardrobe malfunction, so I'll hold off on posting those tonight. :redface:

YES. A LOT. Before the bar even leaves the ground you have to believe that not only can you make the lift, it has already been made.
