Notes: I've been in a serious funk this week. Eating and training have become a chore. I feel a little better today, just incredibly tired and somewhat depressed. I know I haven't been eating enough because my company bought us shirts today and I was sized as a "youth M" lol
What's the plan ? A de-load or something ?
