Notes: Deads were quick and painless. For some reason, I fell asleep at 8:30 last night and just woke up. Almost 13 hours of sleep!

Fast food beef really freaks me out. I'm sure it's all disgusting and unhealthy in it's own processed way but it makes me feel better mentally to get the chicken.
 
Just had a bacon cheese burger with sweet potato fries. There's a place that's been around here longer then me, they make really good burgers.

I was craving beef :)

haha it would take a lot of convincing for me to do any kind of cardio. Running from my doorstep to my car in the rain gets me out of breath and I'm fine with that.

I'm the same way. Not only do I not run because I hate it but I have knee pains I can keep away by avoiding running. But I do get get a decent amount of cardio since my bycicle is my main mode of transportation.

That would be a terrible mistake, because of this:
