David Lemieux (35-3-0-32ko's) will be back on the ring on oct 22.
The opponent Golden Boy want for Lemieux is James Kirkland (32-2-0-28ko's)
    Talk already begun.

    FOTY potential right there.

If they can't agree with Kirkland.
Curtis Stevens (28-5-0-21ko's) is the back up plan.
    Still an awesome fight.

Already 2 fights announced for the Undercard

only 20yrs old, already rank in top 15 of major org
    Vs
    Brandon Cook (17-0-0-10ko's)

    Ghislain Maduma (18-2-0-11ko's)
    Vs

Fun fight. Kirkland gets stopped in 5 IMO. Should retire too if that happens.

Kirkland is going to get killed in there. Lem is just an average boxer but he has insane power. Kirkland's defense is as real as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. They will trade and Kirkland will suffer another brutal knockout. Hope he's getting retirement type money for this fight.

Fun fight. Kirkland is too easy to hit and too weak chinned to survive very long.

Kirkland will take a nap early. Not a good fight.

Should be a fun firefight tho.

Kirkland did better against GGG than Lemiux did.

The only reason he lost to NDAM was because it was a bad style match up.

    Um?

Nope, still can't decipher WTF you're talking about, as usual.

    Kirkland hasn't fought GGG.

Lemieux was the one who fought GGG & N'Dam. & he beat the ever-living fuck out of N'Dam.

Kirkland is legit losing his lips that fight.

David via KO within 3 rounds.

I got Kirkland and Curtis mixed up.

Lemiux should be fighting Curtis Stevens, not Kirkland

Shitty deal for Kirkland since he was KO'd and then hasn't fought for what will be a year and a half at that point.

This should be fun while it lasts. Two guys with bricks in both hands.

Kirklands crapped the bed in a few fights where he just didn't take training seriously, Canelo being one of them. I'm surprised he got another good fight.

edit: I guess it makes sense it's against Lemieux, who takes boxing more seriously than Kirkland but not by leaps and bounds.
