Why on earth would you need to mention your feels about my opinion? I mean, OK?

I produced a reliable source that specifically says Dana is now a 9% revenue share partner. It noted they were not aware if he 'retained' any stock pursuant to the sale to IMG - that is, specifically in the context of keeping some of the points he previously owned.

If you can't produce a source - anywhere on the internet - that says Dana White currently owns 9% of the face value stock of a 4 billion dollar valuation company, then, its just a rumor. I imagine that would be a pretty big story (read: it would be in print, period)

I also said TWICE that it Dana has a 7% stake (not 9%)
Meltzer has discussed this a few times (as I said)

Do what you want with the info (or not). My track record on reliability is pretty good. No biggie if you want to believe it or not (was/is my point)

No I'm 36 and scratching my head when you told me "I don't care if you change your mind" which is odd considering this is a MMA message board and were here for the explicit purpose of discussion. Seemed odd.

I saw what you wrote - but I can write that I saw a tweet that said gravity isn't real. I produced a source from ESPN and MMAFighting that explicitly said Dana is now a 9% revenue share partner. Further, you can't find a single report filed that states Dana owns 7% of a 4 billion dollar company - if you don't think that would make news, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. I'll give you a great deal.

Your track record is good - I'm not saying you're spreading misinformation on purpose, I'm suggesting you don't understand it.

So Botter & Meltzer both say it - I'll go with the fact I was correct ... its just my gut "feels" ;)


& Dana did in his usual roundabout way too:
According to Fox Sports, TMZ, NY times and many other news publications, the UFC has been officially sold and will require 2 to 6 weeks for final signatures. Dana White will continue to be majorly involved in the organization, staying as the UFC President. Dana White says he will continue to buy shares in the UFC, as MMA has always been a part of his life and he wants to stay involved in the sport he is passionate about.
