To be fair, most dont have a clue what to do with the little mic time they get, calling out Mcgregor for a 170lbs fight against a noname its well, a waste, callout someone that at least will watch you do it, that will respond...Conor had better things to do.

It was Buckley's time on the mic and he spent it how he wanted. Not really controversial to bring up Conor, that is what a third of fighters end up doing at some point because it gets a media blip.

DC is a company man that keeps his foot on fighters necks and actively suppresses fighter pay. I'm glad Jon Jones kicked him to sleep and he cried uncontrollably live on PPV, because dude can dish it but he can't take it. He's an idiot for saying this about Buckley.

But for real, anyone at 155, 170 or 185 may as well call out McGregor unless they're making a hard run at a title. Who cares how much of a longshot it is. Millions of people play the lottery every day with actual money, this is better odds for free.

It's a shame these 3 company men are negatively impacting the man's buzz.

Conor is way past it, but always brings it. It would be a memorable scrap and Buckley has been finished before. He's a young up and comer and Conor is trying to earn another shot. There is a story and if either man wins they will have a lot of support and noise for a title shot.

If he wins he is the man who beat Conor. The fight sells and makes more sense than a title shot after potentially beating Chandler at 170 or wherever the weight is at.
