Danhausen

I fucking love that his YouTube Chanel name thing “love that Danhausen” is a play on love that joker from batman.
I never realised that's what it was referencing before reading this. I'm an idiot

A few short Danhausen videos that I'll watch from time to time, when I need a laugh.

A most evil, most iconic interview

Dahausen/ Damascus is the team we need

AEW already trying to ruin him by putting him with Orange Cassidy, instead of having him just show up in random places.

Pretty sure that's a tag match. Announcer said "combined weight of at least 234lbs."
May have been, but he definitely does the Crash Holly gimmick with the worked height & weight. Everything is about appearances for him, he's just dumber than dirt and doesn't realize when no one is actually buying it. But the people love him anyway and give him their money, so its all very nice, very evil.

Honestly I love the gimmick but I am genuinely inspired by him. Dude has put in the work and hustled his way to being featured on national television alongside some real greats. He's put in so many hours to craft the character and get his name out. You can tell a lot of thought has been put in to it all.

And he's done it all without needing to take a single bump, which makes him the ultimate pro wrestler. It's what every guy who laces up a pair of boots should strive for.

A true man of the people, going out of his way to get the young upstart Chris Judas over. How very nice, very evil of him!

Good. I can completely ignore those segments then.

I understand their "alliance" but it kills me because Danhausen is such a better character than Orange Cassidy in every way.

Can this dude work? Nobody talks about his in ring talent for some reason only his comedy and skits

I wonder how much AEW is paying him.

He seems like a really creative dude, it's an entertaining character for sure.

But when I see pure comedy guys like him and Orange Cassidy, I wonder what those old timers - the ones who spent their careers brutalizing any poor chump in a bar who would suggest wrestling was fake - think when they see this kind of stuff. I guess it's just the natural progression of pro wrestling.

I usually think those old guys probably would want them to do drugs and pick on people, and are toxic old dinosaurs

Bubba Ray has shown he is one for sure. Taker as well.
