Looks can be deceiving. when I was in school last year i was a senior and there were freshman that weighed in between 170 and 190 that were putting up 235- 240 thats crazy and im sure they can do 260 275 now if not more.
 
I am 5' 11" and 198 and I bench 355 for one rep unassisted. I can usually get a full set of 8 at 295 so I think he could bench over 300.

benching 315 at 200lbs is not really that special..
Also, it's benching..

Squat, Clean, Dead...or shut up.
 
I can believe DW is benching in the 300 range hes athletic dude and can afford some good trainers.

I have seen guys smaller than him bench 315 for reps I'm talking 175lb guys cant always tell by looking.
 
WOW! I'm impressed to say the least.

That was Ultra Clean form as well with ZERO bounce. Decent was slow and controlled and the lift was very consistent the whole way up.

AWESOME work Dana. He could probably "Gym lift" another 20 lbs or so...
 
Dana's antics and ego bugs but he's probably the toughest out of all the promoters. Can the affliction guy fight?

Put him in with Takada or Inoki. Well, Inoki is kinda up there, but Takada and White would be interesting.


As for his work out, looks pretty standard for a amateur or hobby boxer.

I was calling bullshit on him putting up 315 just based on how he looked earlier. But he looks pretty good now. I could see he was built to bench during his warmups in the ring and he looks way better than he has in the past. Id like to see him squat or deadlift. Looking at the video he looked like he had skinny legs/ass so Ill bet hes not training those.

Props anyhow for hitting 315 at 200, if hes at 200. Hes got me beat by about 15 lbs and ive been benching for years, just not heavy mostly with reps of 225 to save my joints.
