I was calling bullshit on him putting up 315 just based on how he looked earlier. But he looks pretty good now. I could see he was built to bench during his warmups in the ring and he looks way better than he has in the past. Id like to see him squat or deadlift. Looking at the video he looked like he had skinny legs/ass so Ill bet hes not training those.
Props anyhow for hitting 315 at 200, if hes at 200. Hes got me beat by about 15 lbs and ive been benching for years, just not heavy mostly with reps of 225 to save my joints.
