We have 4 months from now before they start discussions.

That effectively means we have 7 more PPVs to decide who gets on:
- UFC 321: Tom vs Gane (October 25 2025)
- UFC 322: Islam vs JDM (November 15 2025)
- UFC 323 (December 6 2025)
- UFC 324 (January 2026)
- UFC 325 (February 2026)
- UFC 326 (March 2026)
- UFC 327 (April 2026)

At least 3 month camp for the fighters to be fully prepared before July 4, so cutoff is April

-------------------

Here are the fighters we should include from each division:

BW:
???

FW:
???

LW:
- Ilia Topuria
- Islam Makhachev
- Conor McGregor
- Michael Chandler

WW:
- Shavkat Rakhmonov (if he is healthy and earns #1 contender spot)

MW:
- Khamzat Chimaev

LHW:
- Jiri Prochazka

HW:
- Alex Pereira
- Jon Jones
- Tom Aspinall

Alex wants superfight with Jones.
I say we do it, even without the HW belt on the line.

Jones gets what he wants, Alex gets what he wants, fans get the superfight, Tom is happy to keep the belt.
And Tom can fight someone else for the title, maybe Almeida. Or even Ngannou...?

-----------------------

Headline:
- Main Event: McGregor vs Chandler (no belt)
- Co-Main Event: Jones vs Pereira (no belt)

- Islam vs Topuria (LW belt)
- Jiri vs Khamzat (LHW belt, assuming Alex vacates LHW and Jiri beats Ulberg in early 2026)
- Tom vs Almeida (HW belt, assuming Tom beats Gane and Almeida beats Volkov)

They have definitely already began to contact guys they want on there. It's probably in Feb they will start with fight contracts.

Chimaev realistically thought he was out due to politics, but Trump wants him there. The UFC are basically counting on him
to beat Imavov (or RDR should he do something spectacular) and have a spot saved for him. Pereira is no doubt fighting on
this card if he's healthy as well.

McGregor? Could happen, but if it does there's no way he will get the main event. Imagine Chandler headlining their "best card ever".

I’d love chandler/eddie 3 for the prelim showcase

The fact that Jon Jones and Conor McGregor are possibly headlining the card makes me think Trump's MMA knowledge is stuck at 2015/2016

Should be USA vs the world, with the losing fighter getting deported

Pereira vs Jones. Literally one of the biggest fight to make.

I am sure Dana will fumble it.

To be honest I think he'd be pissed off that Jones is "stealing" his superfight/money fight. lol

No way they'll put Jones and Tom on the same card.

Conor will be available by then. He's definitely fighting on that card

The jones and Alex fight doesn’t mean as much without the belt

Kayla Harrison will probably be on the main card if still champ. She's an american Trump glazer.

2 of 5 matchups might be wasted on WMMA and Conor.

It's a White House event, each fight will have an American in it. Thinking there will be fights with no American is silly. The event needs a theme to market/advertise and get the American people behind.. America vs Eastern Europe always sells in the States.. our real life Rocky in a sense. Not to mention, the fights need to make sense, but the outlandish what ifs, will keep the casuals and media talking, just like UFC 300, which was rumored all these superfights and legends coming out of retirment to compete at the event, etc etc.. same hype casuals and media will speak about, until getting a card with..
Khamzat vs Fluffy main event
Islam vs Brady co main
Valentina vs Kayla WBW belt
Hooker vs Max BMF belt

Pyfher vs Strickland prelim main
Shavkat vs Usman prelim co main
Sandhagen vs O'Malley
Fiziev vs Chandler
Vanderford vs Nickal
Pico vs Emmett

McGregor isn't popular in the US anymore as most look at him as a drug addicted rapist, who tossed away career and self respect. He's more of someone who you watch as the car crashes. Chandler doesn't deserve a main event slot on the biggest card and biggest stage of the year, so that makes no sense. Illia isn't popular in the States as a household name nor is he or the opponent you listed, American.. one of the two would have to be from the US, at a White House fight. Doubt Islam goes back to 155 after he wins the 170 belt as well. He's looking healthy and full in his 170 fight camp, nor is he getting any younger. Plus there is more comp at 170, then at 155, for him.. JDM, Brady, Usman, Shavkat, Garry, all more intetesting and tougher matchups then Illia, an Arman rematch, Gaethje, Max, and Paddy fights. Khamzat has fights left at 185, before he moves up. Jiri would need to fight Ankalaev first if Alex vacated as well. And again, neither are American. Same with Aspinal vs Almeida.. neither are American, the HW Champ isn't fighting lower on the card then Chandler and neither are wildly popular with American fans. But Tom vs Almeida makes for a great UK card main event.

the fact that conor alone is worth 5 champions in the ufc in terms of popularity and profit

also the fact that jones has 17 title wins the most in history

you hate it that your favorite fighter aint as popular as conor or doesnt have 17 title wins as jones?
maybe you should be their coach so that they can achieve those
