You can look up the folks that make the rankings. Half of them aren't even MMA people. They get this little briefing from the person who runs it. That person has a summary/suggestion on how to vote.

Since all AI is in this invocation is machine learning, and the AI would need to be trained on rankings produced by people, mostly it would replicate the mistakes made by people and come up with new and interesting mistakes of its own that would be beyond the creative abilities of the worst human rankers.

it is a much better system than any human generated ranking list. humans take into account popularity and how they generate money and give rankings based on this. popularity and revenue generated is irrelevant to your rank as a fighter.

Vadim Nemkov is rated #7 at HW on Fight Matrix. He is 1-0 at HW so not sure how reliable this is.

Also Moicano will lose his shit as he is ranked behind AJ Mckee Both are on a 4 fight win streak but McKee only has 4 fights at LW after a few in 2016 & 2017. His last 4 LW fights were against #44, #36, #24 & #19. Renato fought #60, #28, #13 & #18.
