Plain Jane wins fights at HW. Unless JBJ develops some KO power in his hands, he won't be respected. Stipe or Ngannou will fight inside his kicking range and Jones will be trying to backpedal his way to a decision. He doesn't fight well off the back foot, he tends to run backwards with his arm outstretched. That's when he gets KOd/TKOd. Especially with Ngannou's reach, he can get hit clean at a range he's never experienced before. I wouldn't bet on Jones vs either guy but anything can happen.
