Dana has said repeatedly that Jones does not get a title shot over Ngannou. You discredit what he is saying and yet this thread was started because Dana and Jones are supposedly good now, which comes form the same interview.

A Jones/Stipe fight is short term thinking. Stipe is close to retirement. In Ngannou they have one of the most exciting and dominant heavyweights in their history. He could easily bring in many big PPVs. Jones on the other hand will be one fight. He probably won’t even win much less reign over the heavyweight division for years to come.
