I'm not looking for that word because I make a habit of not jumping to conclusions. All I, personally, KNOW, is that it's not disclosed.

It's totally possible that you're privy to more information on this than I am and you have certain knowledge that there is no evidence. I can't swear by what you personally know or have evidence of.

But I don't know that myself. I have no evidence that Dan has no evidence. All I have is the certain knowledge that he has not disclosed any evidence.
