Uke in your open and looks to step up, having reached under their leg open their lapel and pass across uke shin to own hand, (one hand under leg w gi passed across in front, should also be across own leg), other hand grasps same side sleeve, kick own same side foot up and down a la omoplata sweep......look up Mr Keenan for vid, detail retention not one hundy....need to drill omo sweep.

Biking in is fucked on a saturday mid morning, every retard in existence wants to step or drive or bike in front of you. Plenty of unfamiliar and often really fuckin' unfriendly faces lolol, also a few friendlies, such is life I suppose. Motherfuckers are serious.....serious motherfuckers.

We went over all the same drills and tech as yesterday, it would seem my recollection isn't that poor. For the worm sweep you should use the 'over' leg of your triangle to power down to create momentum for the roll.
Also did basic to spinning to other arm bar when in mount using switching s, uke defends so pull defending elbow and turn on s to other arm.
Also did arm to triangle, uke sits up in your bar to defend so you weave your foot through and around the neck, got this one sussed, fuck knows how but it feels natural.

Good to roll against a couple of new dudes, had a couple of scrambly fun ones too.
Also realised that the learning to pain ratio isn't worth it in some situations, whoever came up with 'keep your ego in check' is taking the piss.

Also did some chins and some reguard at the end.

Triangle w arm bar and omo options: sweep uke arms to floor simultaneously drawing them in w guard, isolate arm w overhook placing same side foot on floor, hip out in that direction, stay tight, clamp legs pushing uke to floor on other side, other leg sweeps out and up to other hip, foot of first leg moves to knee of second, triangle legs, move trapped arm across torso and finish.
Can also lift under hooked arm for bar.
Can also drag other arm back to side of hooked arm for double bar.
Can also switch out second leg and drive down first to sit up for omo.

Successful triangle defense, moved to face down for leg lock but had no control of leg so didn't turn uke over for Achilles straight ankle, probably could have sat back for knee bar.....ugh, need to be tighter at all times.
Also got to good over under and deep half positions quickly against new dudes, needed to switch knees inside uke thigh quickly for over under type pass, will work this into mma bag routine.
Also tried reds baseball bat w uke in my half, really needed to cinch my bows more.

Tried on a club gi, motherfucker fit like a glove, a very baggy ripstop glove.
No gi sas.

Standing arm drag: if you have your lead close to your partners lead leg you get more power, same side wrist control, turn uke wrist into their torso, reach through with other hand to tricep and wrench them to youstepping out to the side, belly to back and gable.
Snapdown: First two steps as above, other hand moves to neck and head control, snap to wrist control arm for head lock.
Far arm key from side: be in good side with cross face and far arm hooked, near arm trapped by close leg, get key grips on far arm, close leg shifts to trap near arm with shin, cross ankles to trap arm with other leg, step over uke head with near leg and pull them onto side, booty pressure on face so they cant turn away, pull uke arm up into dog leg, rotate their hand toward their head keeping their elbow in the centre of chest, snap, crackle, pop.

First uke a wrestler, had some good scrambles, worked on fight hands and create space, did hip switch on top a couple of times, dude got me in a good headlock, will feel it tomorrow.

Did a long round on the bag, skipped and stretched and watched the boys do some grading prep.

Partner drills: partner in turtle move from side to side on their back from behind, move to head then move side to side switching hips, then get far arm to open far collar, then close arm to work into lapel, slight switch then one or two steps to choke.

Tree trunk keeps subbing me because I do the same movements over and over in every roll, it's getting boring, I'm guessing it's boring for him too, for some reason I cant scramble and I turn into a log....maybe I need to think about being fast instead.
Tips from blue, purple and brown: when doing knee up butt pass or turning to pry guard open get a grip in the area of the lower torso, top of pants grips are good, when looking to pass keep tipping point of balance in mind when in uke half, when on uke's back top arm pulls collar across and bottom arm pulls collar down for choke, when getting back to re guard I really need to shrimp properly instead of just turning over.

Might have a bud to train tech with on condit days so condit will have to be done at home after bub goes nighty night.

Class
Jog, pummel, fast arm bar from mount as per previous instruction, secure wrist and drive arm across using shoulder behind tricep, drive knee behind shoulder in S mount.
Arm triangle from mount details: secure mount with leg hooks, push uke head with free hand deep into hook arm taking away space, shoulder into uke throat, head, chest and shoulder buried into floor, when aforementioned is secure move opposite side leg to knee on belly, walk feet to uke's head and choke.

Roll must do's hip pressure to defend spider guard, shrimp properly...........

Class: Sitting pass against open guard, move to sit on and trap uke bottom leg, post hand on uke top hip, drive their knee shield away with free hand, posted hand moves to far arm underhook, other hand moves to grab uke other wrist with thumb up, stretch arm away, drive head into uke face, drive chest hard into pin, look directly down, dont expose your nape, keep grip and hook, keep driving and point backside to ceiling, step/switch hips out of their half into side control, keep pressure etc, headbutt where necessary during course of pass method.
Randori: stalled, bit tongue, Auckland's legs are 1 foot long, he showed entry to Reds' baseball bat, have double butterfly's, yank with one arm plam, uke will pull, space is created, get baseball bat grips then rotate out to close.

Did a light pummel with Wrestler homie, cupply snap downs, cupply go behinds, belly to belly ain't the way.

Warmup: from side and one knee on belly, lapel chokes 1 drive right into left side, left into right, squeeze elbows, step off and chest presh, rotate body 2 drive left into left side and pick uke up, right into left at the tag, wind right around back and squeeze elbows, step off and chest presh.
Tech: sweep, have both sleeve grips, one leg dlr and one leg driving uke knee, pass uke right sleeve under leg entanglement to right hand, left hand moves to collar, push with foot on knee and pull grips across to your right, get side control.

Randori cool with waitch belt homie, tree trunk and Auckland, waitch belt tells me tree trunk toys with purps as well so the bad feels are reduced, coach hamo reminds me I'm still looking through the window, agree, get distracted by all the things, mind is busy with nada, keep zoning out.

Sunday night and parasite has struck again, no food or drink all Monday, gonna try and sleep it off to get to work and jits tomorrow, all I can do is watch vids



Re-hydrating today, at work but no jits, body needs some fuel and rest, will do some prehab, neck, band and gripper stuff today, have a condit sesh tomorrow, hopefully wrestler homie is in.

Have been eating plain food, fruit and yogurt, still feel really shitty, like I'm really badly hungover, will skull a heap of water and see what tha haps.
