The music they've used for all their trailers are phenomenal so far. At the very least the soundtrack for this game will not disappoint me for sure.

Ruiner. I just finished my third run and no-death playthrough of campaign; cyberpunk but tapping a veincircuitry all its own. 20€ on Steam right now.

I quite liked Ruiner. Got it free from Epic too. Really liked the aesthetic.

Honestly I'm starting to have fears for the game with everything they've cut. I really hope the world feels real(ish) and doesn't feel like another boring Witcher 3 open world.

Yeah the world wasn't the most interesting in Witcher 3. The reason why I don't think Witcher 3 is as good as an "RPG" as people think is because you are forced to play as Geralt. At least I had trouble immersing myself to his character. I feel like having a character creation and life path options alone make this more interesting in role playing standards.

100% agree with you.

My biggest fear about Cyberpunk is that it feels like GTA with cyberpunk rpg elements. Not that I don't like GTA but driving cars or riding horses around a huge map is my least favorite thing in videogames. I at least hope that they have some sort of quick travel system so I can concentrate on the story and my character's choices.

Developers have said that the game is very "vertical" which is a good sign IMO (lots of interior spaces etc).

The issues I see with the game is the performance.

The FPS in the trailers is always terrible.

It can't be worse than Rockstar games' PC ports..

My laptop is going to barely run it anyway. Gotta make a stealth character so I don't have to experience all that lagging in big firefights.

Just makes me have some misgivings if their promotional material is performing that bad.

The recent trailer with the gangs reveal is a pretty good example.
Rewatched this, and struggled to find any frame drops. The animation on the other hand was choppy at times. Not saying there isnt any, but I cant find much. I think the framerate is fine to me. Its clearly around 30fps.

30 fps

Nah I game at 144hz and 30 fps all the time. Favorite game this year has been the 30FPS FF7 remake. Then again I can't tell the difference after 60 fps.

I mean, I didn't say it was impossible, it's just not something I would ever do on purpose if it can be avoided.
