cuttin weight for naga tm.. help

whatsup.. i was 162 today and i dropped to 158 at the gym and finished around 8 tn.. now shud i not drink anything til i weigh in tomorrow? is it true u lose about 2 lbs in your sleep ect? i ate a yogurt and drnak a little glass of water after i lost the water weight.. do i gotta suffer for rest of night basically to stay under 159?

good way to lose some weight well you sleep jump rope or ride a bike or any thing really that gets you good and warm for 15 minutes as soon as you are done jump in a shower as hot as you can stand get out dry off quick put on 2 layers of clothes ones that will keep you warm nice warm long socks and a bennie then go strait to sleep most people i know myself included lose any where from 3 to 5 pounds this way
