That velcro strap is RskBreaker's custom converter. I only had one installed at the time of this pic.
If you guys look closely enough, I have embroidered image/txt on the 10oz and screen print on the 16oz

In my opinion, the 12s have significantly better knuckle protection than the 10s. The 10s are quite a bit softer and more comfortable, but I can feel my knuckles through the padding. I actually got the 12s to replace my 2yr old Rival RB-10s and my Winning 10s.
I really like the profile of the 12s too, probably my favorite gloves that I've ever owned. Too bad I can't spar with them

That's cause laces is what you need. Velcro is a no go. If you absolutely need Velcro, just place it in the comment section.
