The guy fked up on my order .Custom order so no givesy-backsey. Wrong size and then tried to blame it on me and gave me a long winded message how he never fucks up and I should be careful on custom orders etc etc
Fortunately , I never delete my messages and forwarded him the messages where I say size M and he said "yes yes size L" and I go no ......size M.
So I told him twice.

Yeah , it's a 1500$ set with a four week lay in time and you still fked up ?

Incidentally , that's why he was so pissed off. His fuck up cost him about 4 bills. Custom gold headgear with my name embroidered on it. He ain't selling that anywhere !
Anyways , long story short , he goes off on how he's such a busy man with orders from all over the world and he can't be bothered and just send it back and we're done and he doesn't want to deal with me.
At any rate , screw tht ! I wasn't going to let Dr Pissypants ruin my set (didn't know Rakuten back then) so I called my credit card and stopped his payment for the headgear .
I wasn't gonna keep it and pay for an oversized headgear and I didn't want to send it back and have a third of my set missing and waste my 1000 bucks.
So I tell him , I'll release the money and send back the HG when he sends up the correct gear.
I guess he decided to cut his losses and never msged back and I got a free (though oversized) headgear !

Ps- he was a prick with his sanctimonious messages and his ignoring me for the 4 weeks once he got paid (I never hounded him) and his being pissy and short with me when we were in the designing stage .....and me being a return customer .......so no , I didn't feel bad at all.

Wow, sorry to hear about your experience with Winning USA. I put in an order for a gold set with my name print screened on the gloves and headgear but only got the gold set with no screen print =\

Luckily Steve from Rakuten is spot on with my custom orders from Winning. I have another set of gloves coming through Steve that's testing to see how far and well Winning does with custom gear. Hopefully it comes out well this Feb

Thing is, I got an M while I'm a large. I made the headgear fit properly by pulling the bar and switching laces ect. But I still think a large would fit better somehow. You willing to sell your headgear?

Thing is , my headgear matches my set (flash gold with red trim)
I use it , just not a much as u think so the offer would have to be pretty generous for me to consider.
It's an FG 2900 with my initials embroidered on it.
The facebar is overkill , in my situation.
