"When I get on top of somebody, I don’t have to do all the other little checks and balances guys in other weight classes do. I have gravity. I can pin you with just my knee."
<[analyzed}>I bet Jones could take Blades down
Rothwell is, Lewis isn't.Are Lewis and Rothwell journeymen?
Gus has always been overrated. Glover was his only top win. He's right.
Look at how effortlessly a crumbled old shell of a fighter Werdum took down and choked out HW Gustafson.
Different world.
The funny thing is, is that a fighter like Cummins actually has a win over Jan.His first fight in a new weight class should be top notch competition like Patrick Cummins.
I think Curtis is nightmare matchup for Jon.

Did you see Curtis last fight?!
Did you see Jons?
Ngannou is his worst matchup. Imagine replacing Reyes or Santos with Ngannou. He won't stay on the outside and play the leg kick game. He'll come for blood and Jones will try and outpoint him but the power differential is far too vast for that strategy.

Lewis has more top wins than Rothwell. Rothwell has 2 wins from 2013 and hasn't done anything significant in years. Just because Lewis isn't the most "technical" doesn't mean he isn't a good fighter. Regarding Gus, who cares if you "almost" beat someone, the point is, he didn't beat them and proceeded to lose against any decent he came up against with the exception of Glover. Rumble destroyed him in 1 round, Davis strangled him, and a shop worn Werdum subbed him in the first.Yeah like there is such a massive gap between both.... A Lewis vs Rothwell fight would actually be pretty evenly matched.
Actually Latifi would have more trouble facing Ben most likely because is a better grappler
Anyways a "journeyman" doesn't have wins over the likes of Overeem and Barnett and holds a top10 rank.
Another assesment that no offense is textbook shertard.
Prime Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier would be the first ones to disagree with your simpleton statement, given that Gus has a legit case for the W against both. Tell them to look for the biggest name in his W column - like a shertard in the heavies - in order to asses Gustafson as a fighter lol.

Jones annihilated Gus in the rematch with ease thus proving he really didn't take the first fight seriously at all. So what if they say he's the toughest fight they've had it still doesn't change Gus' resume. He obviously matched up well against both guys but was obliterated by every other top fighter he ever faced with the exception of Glover. You can't tell me a single top fighter he managed to beat aside from Glover. I don't want to hear about participation trophies.I didn't say Lewis isn't a good fighter. It was you who downplayed Rothwell. As if Lewis would be such a massive favourite over him. Probably a favourite, not by that much.
Against a grappling specialist as Latifi, actually Rothwell would have better odds than Lewis.
Not a gap that makes one a legitimate tittle contender and the other one just a journeyman.
Anyways I don't expect a guy who considers that giving Jones and Cormier in their prime their toughest fights doesn't matter because isn't a W on paper...
Thats textbook shertard logic and I prefer to hear the take of Jones and Cormier on Gustaffson as a fighter, which completely differs from yours
