What that whole debate was about was random testing using WADA protocols. WADA accredited labs are usually used for the standard pre & post fight drug tests done by the AC's.
 
If what I read about the results is true and Cung used nothing beyond creatine & oatmeal, I hope he wins. A transformation like that at 42 is very impressive and will raise eyebrows.

3. Yes - but we all know he was juiced to the gills for this fight.

As this is not an option, I think YES, he will win the appeal.

It should be overturned based on how much the lab screwed up.
 
Even if the appeal works in his favor, Le looked awfully muscular for a 42 year old. It's understandable to have doubts.
 
Overturned or not. Cung Le cheated and was caught. It was in his sytem. it is what it is.

could care less what happens at this point. this has been beat to a dead horse.
 
There was something legitimately wrong with the testing.

The sad part is even if he wins, NOBODY will give him the benefit of the doubt, and rightfully so. He made his own bed by making it way too obvious. I never expected him to fail a drug test in the first place, but if he thinks anyone is dumb enough to believe he wasn't taking PED's I feel really bad for him.

It does happen to other fighters. Chael has the same thing happen to him.

That dam post fight or work out HGH pump will get you ever time!
 
Personally I believe he wasn't clean. But that said from what we have seen it looks like he will win the appeal.

Am I the only one that finds it strange Cung wouldn't have been shouting his innocence from the rafters and had an attorney get an expert to immediately check and challenge the test results knowing he was clean before he was ever even suspended as a fighter is allowed to present a defense? He sure acted like a guy who thought he cycled correctly and still got caught.
 
I think Cung definitely roided and got caught. For this to be a false positive, shouldn't we see fighters pop all the time post-fight from naturally elevated levels? Right now we have Chael and Cung with high HGH levels, which isn't the best company to keep if you're claiming the test is faulty.

Weird all around, but I tend not to believe fighters who get popped. That said, if the testing wasn't up to snuff, then I believe it should be overturned.
