Cung Le on Filing Appeal

if this is true to when they took the test. when he's bleeding all over the place, the lab and the UFC should be sued.

first and foremost, cung le should of seen a doctor and should of been examined and cleaned up before and blood or urine should of been taken.

that's crazy that this guys is bleeding all over the place and some lab tech is poking him for blood and making him piss in a cup.

Whats a year suspension to him anyway. He don't even fight once a year

This needs to die. It stopped being funny a long time ago.

The thing I don't understand is if Cung's levels are normal considering his situation, and its all a big mistake, then why doesn't this happen to other fighters?

If anyone has some insight on this, please share.

Michael Bisping was not bleeding everywhere on his face, got TKOed, and have cardio issues. Furthermore, the results stated that Cung Le's level was below 20 ng/mL, that's under the expected average level of 20-30 after workout.

Well, if they had run the proper test, which was the igf-1 test, the entire debacle wouldn't be happening. That test is pretty accurate.

and Im pretty sure they never tested for hgh not too long ago.

havent read up on the science behind hgh testing. it is clear the test done is not as accurate as wada testing, but im not ready to say anything other than wada testing is inaccurate without in depth about it.

will be interested in hearing the results. if cung does win the appeal, he could probably sue for defamation.

Sounds like the lab the UFC used was seriously shady. I'm thinking Cung wins the appeal with ease.

My sense of justice and every bit of logic says he should win it.
Knowing the UFC, he might not.

It didn't add up to me when the UFC claimed an asian guy cheated on a test. My guess is Le is just that smart, which is why he scored so high on the HGH test, without studying.

Cung and Bisping underwent extra testing for this fight. Also, a big issue here is that the UFC used a piece of shit lab that didn't do the proper testing. AC's generally use WADA accredited labs

I don't think so though, otherwise why would we have had all this hoopla with BJ Penn, GSP, Hendricks, etc wanting to do extra WADA testing, if WADA testing is what is generally done? I was told normal labs don't do HGH, or as well, but otherwise AC's always go through normal testing labs.

EDIT: Bare with me, as I know next to nothing when it comes to HGH, and steroids in general. Now beer is another story all together.

What sanctioning body is he appealing to? If it's the UFC, then no. They get their way every time.
