Man, I absolutely love the EU cards for the uproarious, singing, hooliganistic atmosphere they produce
Being poor is a problem, but keeping it bottled up is what makes it a disease. It reminds why going to live events suck. Those were damn expensive seats and they still looked like ants.
And now, post the one for Paddy, lol. Is anyone in here that was there? That pop seemed ridiculous.

Definitely stopped early. I understand he belly flopped twice, but it was so quick & he popped right back up.
Protecting fighters is one thing, but you're also destroying dreams & those punches in bunches were all arm... with about a 12" swing... & so weren't the strongest shots.
Blaydes should have at least put his hand up to block then. He was just laying there taking shots, the referee stops it once it's deemed you aren't intelligently defending yourself, not if he deems that the shots are or are not damaging enough.Definitely stopped early. I went to the last Atlantic City card and the crowd goes nuts over anything. 400 bucks and our seats were far away. You really pay for the atmosphere but we left before the Firiot Blanfield main and I'm glad we did.It reminds why going to live events suck. Those were damn expensive seats and they still looked like ants.

That's the thing people dont get, you pay for the atmosphere. Even amateur MMA events can get absolutely wild when some crazy shit happens.I went to the last Atlantic City card and the crowd goes nuts over anything. 400 bucks and our seats were far away. You really pay for the atmosphere but we left before the Firiot Blanfield main and I'm glad we did.
Got dropped, flattened, and head bounced like a basketball.I know tom hits like a truck but those shots just didn't seem to be having much impact. I do think blaydes was going to win but that should have played out a little longer imo but right man won regardless.
The pops for Aspinall and Paddy were insane. It reminds why going to live events suck. Those were damn expensive seats and they still looked like ants.

Should have done literally anything but lay in a vulnerable position not even blocking after getting dropped. He’s an experienced fighter, he knows that’s begging to get stopped.Blaydes should have at least put his hand up to block then. He was just laying there taking shots, the referee stops it once it's deemed you aren't intelligently defending yourself, not if he deems that the shots are or are not damaging enough.
That's all on Blaydes rather than the ref IMO
My very first Rock and Roll concert I went to was in 1977. I was 11 years old. My Aunt took my brother, and I to see KISS. We were in the very top/last row. And they didn’t have jumbotrons back then.It reminds why going to live events suck. Those were damn expensive seats and they still looked like ants.

He means the University of Alberta. For fire-breathing, lizard-tongued rocker Gene Simmons, Alberta's capital city brings up all kinds of fuzzy feelings.
"Edmonton goes back a long way with me," Simmons, 68, said during an interview aired Wednesday on CBC Radio's Edmonton AM. "The very first tour and the very first show we ever did was in early February of 1974. Maybe it was 1874.
"And the Edmonton university was the very first show we ever did."
I mean he elbowed Jailton to death last fight because jailton did the same thing (from a different position, I understand) refusing to defend his fuckin noggin lmaoShould have done literally anything but lay in a vulnerable position not even blocking after getting dropped. He’s an experienced fighter, he knows that’s begging to get stopped.
On rewatch it doesn't seem bad to me. Blaydes was helpless for 6 seconds and didn't move until the ref stopped it and Aspinall got up off of him.
While I understand this pov... & watched teh stoppage from many anglez... you need to use your hands to either block or post & get up. Though Aspinall's a big powerful puncher, those were "arm" swings with about 12" of swing & weren't career ending power.Blaydes should have at least put his hand up to block then. He was just laying there taking shots, the referee stops it once it's deemed you aren't intelligently defending yourself, not if he deems that the shots are or are not damaging enough.

What I bolded literally doesn't matter. While I understand this pov... & watched teh stoppage from many anglez... you need to use your hands to either block or post & get up. Though Aspinall's a big powerful puncher, those were "arm" swings with about 12" of swing & weren't career ending power.

Agree to disagree. The power of the shots matter. He got his title shot taken away while he was still scrambling. What I bolded literally doesn't matter.
Curtis was not defending himself.
Curtis having low fight IQ is the issue here, as it's been with him for years.
Well, according to the unified rules, you're wrong.Agree to disagree. The power of the shots matter. He got his title shot taken away while he was still scrambling.
