Is it considered disrespectful for a big name singer to cover another big name singer's song? I was listening to Tina Turner Goldeneye and she did great, but I'd also like to hear other famous singers cover it.

In Japan there was a TV show where a bunch of their top bands appeared together and covered each other's songs. I should try to see if it's on youtube. They should make a USA version of that show.
